Capiaux Cellars is a premier producer of California Pinot Noir that was founded by Sean Capiaux in 1994. They are dedicated to producing single-vineyard bottlings of Pinot Noir from select vineyard sites throughout The wines are made at the O’Shaughnessy winery where Sean is also head winemaker. Winemaking for these wines are very hands on. They use only native yeasts and bottle their wines unfiltered. The minimal use of new oak allows for the specific vineyard qualities to shine through.
