In 1996 Michael and Anne founded Dashe Cellars with the desire to create single vineyard Zinfandel’s from a selection of different California wine regions.  Dashe blend’s Anne classic French winemaking training with the experience Michael has gained at numerous California wineries. 

 

Dashe is known for their wonderful single vineyard Zinfandels but they also produce a wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.  During blending, Michael and Anne work side-by-side, sharing their experience and insights to achieve Dashe Cellars' sophisticated and engaging synthesis of French and American winemaking.
