In 1996 Michael and Anne founded Dashe Cellars with the desire to create single vineyard Zinfandel’s from a selection of different Dashe is known for their wonderful single vineyard Zinfandels but they also produce a wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. During blending, Michael and Anne work side-by-side, sharing their experience and insights to achieve Dashe Cellars' sophisticated and engaging synthesis of French and American winemaking.
