"We are extremely proud to present a compelling portfolio of single vineyard wines from Napa Valley's most historic estates along with our efforts in California's dynamic emerging appellations.
We are delighted to report the 2010 wines are now resting quietly in the cellar. When you consider the season — an unseasonably cool spring and summer followed by two periods of extreme heat just prior to harvest, then rain showers during harvest — this is no small accomplishment.
We are thrilled to report these young wines are super-dense and richly colored with great weight and stunning aromatics. So, despite the curve balls Mother Nature threw at us, thanks to the skill of our brilliant winemaker Thomas Brown and his all-star team, we navigated the challenges and brought in a spectacular harvest."
