Jamey Whetstone started working for Turley Wine Cellars in 1998. Over the following 6 & ½ years he planted 30 acres of hillside vineyard, became fluent in Spanish, helped manage over 200 organically farmed acres of grapes, became assistant winemaker, worked for Domaine Dujac in Burgundy, started his own label (Whetstone), co-founded Manifesto! and begin consulting full time.
