The family has cultivated the vine Bouzereau in Meursault for ten generations. The field consists of 32 plots spread over the best wines from Meursault and Puligny. Planting is traditional, ten thousand feet per hectare, and the soil is worked on the plow, without chemical fertilizers decade. Harvesting is manual and new wine ferments in barrels at low temperature for 3 to 4 months to get the maximum richness and fat. Michel Bouzereau is now working with his son John, who is now itself as "one of the greatest designers of Meursault" (Michel Bettane).
