Born in a family of winemaker of Vergisson in mâconnais, Roger Lassarat moved to his own account in 1969 with 3 hectares. Vergisson is a small village typically mâconnais nestled between the rocks of Vergisson and Solutré, 10 miles west of Macon. Gradually, the field is growing and now includes 8.5 hectares. Roger seeks to develop pure wines that are a reflection of the different terroirs.
