Humberto Canale is located in the region of Patagonia, the world’s most Southern winemaking region.  The winery was founded in 1909 by the engineer after whom it is named.  The 150 hectares of quality vineyards are situated 1900 feet above sea level in the High Valley of the Rio Negro, in Patagonia. This unique area is irrigated by the Rio Negro and experiences a microclimate of dry hot days and cold nights - all ideal for ripening grapes.
