Ventisquero first began production in 1998 and is currently managed  by a youthful, creative and entrepreneurial team. Faithful to the slogan of going “A Step Beyond,” they make high-quality wines in a modern and cutting-edge style.

The Winery is located very close to the ocean’s coast in the Maipo Valley, in the district of San Pedro, Metropolitan Region. It was developed with the objectives of efficiency, high quality and state-of the-art technology in mind, objectives which are reflected throughout the entire production process. The grapes start off in a gravity-fed reception system which allows for gentle handling of fruit. Sorting tables are used to select the highest-quality berries which are then transferred to stainless steel tanks where fermentation takes place.
