This wine is estate grown and bottled and made carefully from selected Pinot Noir grapes.  The yield has been kept extremely low to obtain maximum concentration of fruit.  This wine spends 10 months in 15% new oak.  It has aromas of fresh raspberries and cherries with a subtle hint of aromatic herbs and vanilla.  Smooth and creamy in the mouth with outstanding complexity.
