Fruit was picked during the 1st week of October, after a long, slow and staedy growing season. The 2010 harvest was one of the busiest and most dramatic. 7 day cold soak, with an additional 18 days of skin contact, fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak (30% new). Aged 10 months before being bottled in September. The 2010 OPP is classic Oregon Pinot: accessable, a great value and stays true to the vineyards from which it was born.
