Mocali's Brunello is produced from 100% Sangiovese grown in the Galestro soils of south-west Montalcino.
It is macerated for 28 days and fermented in stainless steel, then aged in a combination of 550 liter tonneaux and 225 liter barrique for 24 months.
The particularly cool and windy vineyards yield a racy and vibrant Brunello that's loaded with ripe fruit and great depth.
