Urban Uco Sauvignon Blanc is an exciting new white wine gem from the beautiful Uco Valley of Argentina. The region is approximately 3,950 ft above sea level, and the water that irrigates the estates flows pure and clean from snow melt on the Andes. Urban Uco Sauvignon Blanc is soft yellow-green in color with an aromatic nose of citrus, tropical fruits, apples, and floral notes. Light-medium in body with bright acidity and a rich mouthfeel, the wine offers flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit, green apples, and spice. Fermented for 10 days in stainless steel, with no barrel aging, it is nicely balanced to enjoy now and over the next 4-5 years. The wine is long and refreshing on the finish.
