synergy fine wines

This wine has the classic Outpost nose: rare beef, pepper, sweet, brambly red fruits and sage. The palate is a bit more expansive young then we are accustomed to with notes of black licorice, spearmint, black raspberry, blackberry and kirsch liqueur. The finish has a nice roundness to it.
