This Syrah is a deep, rich wine offering loads of smoky blackberry and cassis fruit as well as hints of  incense.  This heady, opulent Syrah can be drunk young or cellared for 7-8 years. Fermented in Taransaud barrels and bottled with no fining or filtration.
