Medium bodied and angular in it’s youth Garys’ Vineyard Pinot Noir shows lush plum color, creamy, blackberry and black cherry notes on the nose and layers of dark fruit, cinnamon and rhubarb on the palate. This is a very elegant wine that will only improve with cellaring for up to five years.Grapes for Garys’ Vineyard Pinot Noir were harvested on September 23rd and 26th at 27.1 bricks and spent 18-21 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 11 months aging.
