Floral nose of key lime pie, apricot, peach, pear, mineral and a bit of orange peel. Voluptuous mouthful of pear, peach liquer and minerals. Long finish with notes of licorice and citrus peel.

All French oak, NO new wood. Whole-cluster pressed direct to barrel. Indigenous yeast, unfined, unfiltered.
