The wine seems to have even more floral and brown spice than in the past (if that is even possible!). The balance, from alcohol and acidity to the mouth-coating richness, is again spot on. The signature leather and cola hints traditionally found in great Pinots from around the world seem to really grow when this wine is in the glass.  The grapes were fermented in six small temperature controlled fermenters, each clone kept separate. All determinations from bud break to blending are made according to smell and taste by grower/winemaker Guy Davis.
