Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from key growing regions in S. Australia. 40% comes from McLaren Vale, 54% comes from Langhorne Creek with the balance coming from other areas of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Intensely perfumed, seductive aromas of blackberry, cassis, cocoa and minerals. Lush dark berry flavors display very good focus and sweetness, finishing with good energy. Following fermentation in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks, the wine spends several months in French and American oak.
