The château’s production of dry white wine is labeled simply Bordeaux Blanc Sec and is made from 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 65% Semillon.  An insane and uncommon value. Clean, pure and racy. Complex notes of melon, citrus & wet stone. Weighty due to its high Semillon content. A wine made by a man from Alsace, Michel Dietrich. One quarter of the grapes had 18 hours of skin contact at low temperature, while three quarters were directly pressed. The free run juice was cold settled and then fermented at low temperature. The resulting wine exhibits fresh aromas and extordinarily rich middle palate and good length.
