Flavors bursts with dried apricots and pineapple, with a hint of vanilla. Pineapple and peach entry, sweet-ripe fruit glazed with dollop sugar. Mastering oaking adds complexity, lively crisp finish.

Hand harvested, with careful selection, including botrytis bunches (3/4%). Fermented, 6 - 9 months barrelled, 20% new French barrels. Matured (on secondary lees) for a rounded complexity.
