93% Cabernet Sauvignon with a drop of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, combine to create a unique wine that has it all: rich fruit, velvet texture, heady complexity, mineral tones, superior length and perfect symmetry. Lifted violets, raspberries, plums, black currants, spice box, cassis and ripe tannins are the facets that I could discern, but this wine is really about harmony. It is just so wonderfully pure and harmonious. A monument to Howell Mountain Cabernet that should be enjoyed now through 2017!
